So, as far as I can work out, the Liberals' broadband policy goes something like this:
a) We don't really know what we're doing, but
b) Anything Labor does is bad, so
c) We'll do something else, therefore
d) Our policy is better.
e) Why is everyone laughing?

Unfortunately, I think this is the way most governments work. I know it's the way ours works anyway.
